Department: US Taxation

Location: Remote

Salary: ₹12 to ₹20 LPA

Working Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

About the Role

We're hiring a strong accountant with solid US tax experience to join our remote team as a Senior Associate / Manager. This role supports a CFO firm that works closely with small to mid-size business owners in the US. If you enjoy both the technical and collaborative aspects of tax work, and are ready to take ownership of client deliverables while mentoring junior staff, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review US tax returns: Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S

· Drive data collection and workpaper preparation

· Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate filings

· Respond to client queries and IRS notices

· Coach and guide junior staff members

· Manage year-round tax compliance including: Estimated payments, Extensions, Final filings

Preferred Qualifications

· CA / CPA / EA certification

· Strong accounting foundation and understanding of US tax regulations

Preferred Tools & Skills

· Experience with: QuickBooks, ZOHO Books, Lacerte, ProConnect, TaxAct

· Familiarity with foreign filings such as Forms 5471, 5472, 8858 is a big plus

· Excellent communication and client-handling skills

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
