The Store & Logistic In Charge in the Oil and Gas industry is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory, storage, and logistics operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment required for oil and gas exploration, production, and related activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory items, including raw materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and ensure optimal levels of stock.

**Procurement Coordination**:Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of required materials and equipment.
Verify received goods against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**Storage and Warehousing**:Oversee the organization and maintenance of storage facilities to ensure proper storage conditions and security of materials.
Implement safety protocols for the handling and storage of hazardous materials.

**Logistics Management**:Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials to and from the oil and gas facilities.
Work with transportation providers to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions related to inventory, storage, and logistics.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and logistics performance.

**Team Leadership**:Lead and supervise a team of storekeepers and logistics personnel.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce safety and environmental regulations within the storage and logistics operations.

**Communication**:Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments, including procurement, production, and maintenance.
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to build and maintain strong relationships.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance logistics and storage operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and storage operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to the handling of materials in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for inventory management and logistics tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
