**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Stores Officer to oversee our inventory management and store operations. The Stores Manager will ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials and products..

**Role Description and Key Responsibilities**

The role involves tasks including but not limited to
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished products. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and reduce excess inventory. Manage Stores operations including the layout, storage methods, and handling processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to SOPs. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and development for team members.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store performance. Implement and monitor procedures for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**
- BE/Diploma.
- 3 to 4 years of stores handling experience
- Should have worked on ERP

**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- People management experience is a must
- Good communication & data presentation skills

**Location**: Near Chakan, Pune, India (on-site)

Pay and Benefits: Competitive and above market standard pay, will be evaluated based on profile and skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
