**Job Description for Store Assistant**

Location: Pristine O2 World, Kharadi

Department: Real Estate

Reports To: Mr. Praful Jagtap

Position Type: Full Time

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the store, focusing on the management of incoming materials, inventory control, and quality assurance. This role involves supervising store staff, coordinating with suppliers and construction teams, and ensuring the efficient handling and documentation of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Materials Management:_
- Supervise the receipt, inspection, and organization of incoming materials and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and optimize space.
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient material management and organization.
- 2. Inventory Control:_
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and document all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- 3. Quality Assurance:_
- Inspect materials for quality and report any defects or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure materials meet required standards.
- 4. Coordination and Communication:_
- Act as the primary liaison between the store, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with construction teams to understand material needs and provide support as required.
- 5. Staff Supervision and Training:_
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they follow procedures and adhere to safety standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to store employees and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency and morale.
- 6. Documentation and Reporting:_
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory and material transactions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and supplier performance to management.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.

**Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

2. Additional education or certification in real estate is a plus.

3. Previous experience in real estate is preferred.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency with office software and familiarity with real estate management software is advantageous.

6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

7. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
