**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Raw Material Management:
Oversee the inward and outward movement of raw materials such as craft paper, duplex, roll FBB, art paper, rigid board, chemicals, inks, adhesives, corrugation materials, and lamination items.

Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and report any discrepancies.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage conditions.

2. Packaging & Packing Operations:
Ensure the availability of packaging materials for production.

Supervise the packing process to maintain quality standards.

Maintain proper labeling and documentation of packed goods.

3. Dispatch & Logistics:
Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders.

Work closely with the logistics team to schedule shipments efficiently.

Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely deliveries.

4. Inventory & Documentation:
Maintain stock entries in ERP and Tally.

Generate stock reports, inward-outward logs, and material consumption records in Excel.

Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.

5. Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth material flow.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.

Address and escalate material-related issues as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Experience in store and inventory management within the printing & packaging industry.

✔Strong knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and dispatch operations.

✔Proficiency in ERP, Tally, and Excel for inventory tracking.

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

✔Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

Experience in stock management software or ERP systems used in packaging industries.
