**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target markets.
- Implement data-driven tactics to optimize user onboarding, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle.
- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and user behavior analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for growth optimization.
- Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to expand the user base.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the CMO and CEO to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, or similar role in a fast-paced startup or digital platform.
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Experience in the sharing economy, marketplace platforms, or the food industry is a plus.
