**Job Description: Growth Hacker - Digital Marketing**

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze user data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Experimentation and Optimization**:

- Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user acquisition, and retention.
- Continuously iterate on marketing strategies based on performance data and experiment results.
- **User Acquisition**:

- Implement growth strategies to acquire new users through channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and referral programs.
- Identify and leverage emerging platforms and trends for user acquisition.
- **User Retention and Engagement**:

- Implement tactics to improve product adoption and usage among existing users.
- **Product Integration and Innovation**:

- Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize growth-focused product enhancements and features.
- Implement product changes aimed at improving user onboarding, activation, and virality.
- **Automation and Scalability**:

- Automate marketing processes and workflows to enable scalability and efficiency.
- Utilize marketing technology tools to streamline operations and optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Self-starter mentality with a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

**Location**: Bangalore

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
