Job Overview We are seeking a Product Hacker to join our startup team. As a Product Hacker, you will be responsible for running new experiments from scratch, identifying potential new areas of product development, and helping to productize those experiments by working with other product managers. You will be an all-rounder who possesses a diverse skill set, including coding experience, product management, design, and marketing.
Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth and development of our product. - Develop and execute growth experiments from scratch, and analyse results to identify opportunities for product optimisation. - Work with cross-functional teams to productize experiments, including collaborating with sales, marketing, design, and other product managers to integrate successful experiments into the product roadmap. - Write product requirement documents (PRDs) to define the scope and goals of new experiments, and to communicate those goals to the rest of the team. - Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and how they interact with our product. - Monitor product analytics and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college, preferably in Computer Science or a related field years of experience in a product role, or experience in design or marketing years of experience in Python or JavaScript, with strong coding skills - Ability to quickly scope out experiments and write clear, concise PRDs. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and levels of seniority. - Prior experience running a startup is a plus.
