We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.Your role in our vison :We’re looking for a Product Manager who has an experience in building scalable, user-focused fintech platforms focused on investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics.This role sits at the intersection of Technology and Business. While subject matter expertise is a plus, the key is understanding our business goals, navigating engineering challenges, and working seamlessly with stakeholders to drive impact.What We Offer:We're a close knit team without rigid departments, and we need someone who can jump in and handle the details,dive into the grunt work and be the driving force behind executing our shared vision of simplyfing financial learing a reality.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities and define product / feature vision and strategy. co-develop with the leadership team, lead from ideation to executionOperate autonomously and take self-initiatives to resolve product problems and business problemsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesWork with cross-functional teams of exceptional engineers, UX/UI designers, researchers, marketeers and growth hackers who collaborate together to bring ideas to life and make investing easy, fun, and accessible for everyoneCommunicate the product vision, strategy, and goals succinctly to stakeholders across the organization - on the value and impact of the product to the bigger company strategy and directionAble to determine the viability of new initiatives and understand cross-functional requirements; live and breathe problem-solvingOwn end to end product launch & GTMAbility to bring consensus in situations where there is disagreement or conflicting priorities among key stakeholders.Able to manage and influence key stakeholders on new product ideas and independently drive product adoption. Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills.Requirements4+ years of Product Management experienceExperience in building scalable, user-focused fintech platforms focused on investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics.Prior background in technology is preferred; MBA is an added bonus.Good understanding of the financial and investing landscape of IndiaTrack record of successfully building and leading digital products, preferably with some startup experienceKnowledge and experience in scrum / agile methodologies is beneficialIndependent, confident, and comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholdersA strategic thinker with the ability to function in a results-oriented, data-rich, and metrics-driven environmentBe a hustler and have excellent problem-solving skills; dynamic and charismatic with remarkable critical thinking skillsWorks by influence, data, logic, and reasoning
