This job requires vibrant, energetic personality, good into English (written/verbal both) + Hindi or Marathi communication (verbal), enthusiastic and flexible with variety of tasks, learning attitude, pro-active mindset, diligent to timelines/deadlines, with self-responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:
**The core work involves day-to-day accounting task as well as related activities, such as but not limited to**:

- Preparation of invoice tracker sheets, maintain all the invoicing and related data in real time in coordination with other members.
- Preparations of invoices (along with other members)
- Sending invoices to clients on timely basis
- Follow-up for payments, along with reconciliation
- Answer queries, discuss any billing and compliance related matters.
- Data record keeping (various data in respective formats to be maintained in real-time).
- Payments (utility, vendors, other third parties)
- Petty cash management
- Expense management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Coordinate with Internal Team Members for billing/accounting related matters, as well as with all related stakeholders
- Play a key role in ensuring timely billing, accounts receivable, payables, etc.

**Capable person will be given opportunity to grow to senior level quickly based on performance.**

**Skills/Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- **English Communication Skills (verbal, written), business level must.**:

- Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, expense management, and data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Tally Prime, and some other normal software platform (like Google sheets, etc)
- Ability to harness financial data
- Multi-tasking
- Pro-active, self-initiative, explorative
- Diligent to timeliness, following deadlines strictly
- Knowledge of General Business Practices
- Good in dealing with various team members, clients, vendors.
