Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in bank reconciliation, managing Managing Director's accounts, and maintaining accurate financial and banking records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Manage and oversee the Managing Director's accounting and bank statements.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including vouchers, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in monthly and annual account closing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting software
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management
  • Excellent accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Eligibility: Open to male and female candidates

Employment Details

  • Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00am – 6:00 pm) Every 4th Saturday off
  • Salary: ₹20, ,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
