**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience or interest in the water treatment or environmental services sector is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
