
Sales & Marketing Executive

The **Sales & Marketing Executive** is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and promote the company's products or services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Developing Sales Strategies**:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
**Generating Leads**:
Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
**Converting Leads into Sales**:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
**Marketing Campaigns**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
**Additional Requirements**:
Willingness to travel as needed.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
