**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Success Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in **onboarding and implementing international customers**, ensuring they achieve success with our platform from day one. You will serve as the key liaison between SANeForce and our global clients, delivering a world-class customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboard and implement international customers**, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption of SANeForce products.
- Understand each client’s unique business processes and customize product setup accordingly.
- Conduct product training for global end-users and administrators across different time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts post-sale.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Technical Support) to resolve client issues effectively.
- Monitor customer usage and health metrics to proactively prevent churn and drive engagement.
- Conduct periodic check-ins and review meetings with clients to track progress and gather feedback.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer requirements and trends.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and modules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
