Customer Success Executive

**Description**
We are looking for a friendly and driven Customer Success Executive to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience with our products and services. This job is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy solving problems.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback.
- Continuously improve the customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Document Support and product requirements
- Knowledge of support software will be an added advantage
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field except Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
