Customer Success Executive

Job Description:
- Segregate and categorize accounts into Growth, Defend, and Develop segments based on their potential and needs.
- Proactively engage with accounts to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute adoption plans for Growth, Defend, and Develop accounts to maximize the value they derive from our products/services.
- Provide on-demand training resources, tutorials, and educational materials to Develop accounts.
- Coordinate advanced training sessions for Growth accounts to enhance their usage of our solutions.
- Monitor Defend accounts closely, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growth accounts, collaborating with the sales team for successful conversions.
- Utilize key customer success metrics to monitor account health and identify areas for improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
