We are looking for Customer Success Executive
Qualification: Any degree
Experenices:0 -1 years (Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Support roles.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communications.
- Onboard new customers, ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical team when required.
- Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and identify upsell opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
