**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Onboard new customers and provide guidance on product/service usage.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any concerns.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams for product/service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reports with clients.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain CRM systems with updated customer details and interactions.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. ,Zoho CRM / Bigin) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
