About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vadodara. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting the benefits of Biocera alkaline water ionizers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers regarding Biocera alkaline water ionizers over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and conduct in-home demonstrations of Biocera alkaline water ionizers, educating customers about the product's features and benefits.
- Clearly explain the science behind Biocera alkaline water ionizers and its impact on health and well-being.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively, overcoming sales hurdles and building trust.
- Negotiate prices and close sales, securing orders for Biocera alkaline water ionizers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Actively follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
- Confidence in conducting in-home demonstrations and handling customer objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
