life for rural households. Our flagship products are Greenway stoves and we are a vertically integrated
player with our own manufacturing and distribution. We are the largest player working in the Indian
market and one of the largest stove distributors in the world. Founded in 2011, we grown from a team
of three to over four hundred, distributing over 3 million stoves till date. Our head office is located in
Mumbai and along with a factory in Vadodara, we operate with field teams across India.
We are looking for an addition to our team in the Area Sales Officer who is capable of coordinating with
the teams working across Kheda and able to manage team.
Position: Manager
- Area Sales Officer
Location: Kheda, Districts, Gujarat, India
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation Degree.
Desired Qualification: Specific degree in Sales and Marketing.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Skills Needed:
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Local language.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences in operation districts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Work Profile:
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to oversee sales operations
activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Area Sales Officer will work closely
with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to coordinate with sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Field officer to ensure effective distribution and availability of product.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding sales performance and market insights.
2. Team Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Steak holder.
- Scheduling the Demonstration plan with the field officers.
- Assuring Seles Activities Are running smoothly With Field officers.
- Explore new channels and segments to diversify the customer base and enhance market reach.
3. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports as required.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Maintain the daily field visit reports, Meeting and demonstration Report of Field officer.
4. Training and Development
- Make a monthly, weekly and quarterly Plan and execute the training programs for Field officers.
- Identify the potential and skills of Field officer, Also determine the gaps in executing the plans to
ensure successful implementation.
Additional Information:
- This position may require frequent travel within the assigned districts.
- Fluency in local language and English languages is essential.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.
