We have been retained by our client who are in the Amusement & Adventure Industry - they have installed over 900 Bowling Lanes Installations, 17,000+ Arcade & Amusement Games and dealing with 200 Amusement Centers in numerous corporates, club houses, hotels, resorts and private villas across the country and beyond

Position - Business Development Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan & Execute business development strategies to achieve sale targets in the hospitality sector.
- Responsible for handling the entire sales cycle for the hospitality sector
- Collection of database, scheduling appointments and attending sales meetings PAN India.
- Create inspirational sales proposals and pitch for amusement products to 5-star hotels & resorts for their recreational zones in the hotels to the client/prospect.
- Strengthen relationship with existing clients in the Hospitality sector.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- The role will be focused on achieving new business and nurturing the existing client ensuring effective and successful results.
- Pan India travel as per company requirement for client meetings.
- Attend Hospitality related trade shows.
- Providing timely reports to reporting manager/ management.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Min. 2 years of high-quality experience in Hospitality Industry B2B product sales ( Gymnasium, Kitchen, Electrical etc equipment sales at Hotels)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure / negotiate large and complex business deals.
- Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well groomed.
- Expertise as preparing power point presentations

Salary Bracket: 40-50k P.M.
- They will be reporting to work Daily and travel as needed
- It will be a complete onsite job.
- Working Days
- Monday to Friday
- Timings-9:30 to 6:30
