Sales Manager
to lead our
B2B product sales
and contribute to the continued success of our growing product portfolio.
Job Overview:
The
Sales Manager – B2B Product Experience
will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring a superior product experience for clients across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
B2B product sales
, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote B2B products and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels.
- Conduct impactful face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
- Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless pre-sale and post-sale experiences.
- Provide consistent client support and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategies and enhance product performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and boost visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
. - 5–7 years
of B2B sales experience, including
2+ years in a managerial role
. - Proven experience in
product-based sales
(experience in the
amusement or fitness equipment industry
is an added advantage). - Strong background in
corporate-level or on-ground sales
. - Demonstrated success in
negotiations, presentations, and contract management
. - Proficient in
CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
and sales analytics. - Female candidates preferred.
- Must be open to travel PAN India.
