Retail Operations Supervisor

**Job Responsibility**:
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees
- Responsible for preparation of daily reports and cash collections activities
- Manages labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow through to the bottom line profit
- Monitor and coordinates for the collection of in-house guest balances and direct bill receivables, commission payments by vendors, and issuance of refund checks
- Review DSR and other reports on a daily basis
- Works with the Management to manage all sales activities of the property and meet revenue objectives. Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, taking reservations and compiling reports

- Maintain & follow up call records for party bookings in the absence of authorities
- Assist marketing in presenting the best product possible
- Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property
- Recruits qualified applicants. Trains employees in accordance with company standards with the help of Human Resources
- Conducts coaching/counselling sessions; performance evaluations; prepares performance improvement plans, disciplinary documentation; conducts terminations along with the Human Resources
- Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of property with Floor Manager to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, floor cleanliness and overall property appearance. Looks after housekeeping, maintenance and other property appearance
- Serves as “Manager on Duty”
- Directly manages the Centre staff on a daily basis; supervises the employees on the Property. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit.
- Incharge of assigned area and responsibilities allotted by GM and AGM
**Requirements**:
- Ability to organize multiple projects
- Advance knowledge of MS Office
- Adequate knowledge of computer (E-mail writing and spread sheet)
- Ability to read and speak English, Hindi and Marathi
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
