**Graphic Designer, Design Realization GCC**

This position reports into Graphic Designer Manager GCC and is based in Bangalore, India

**Background**
- The Global Design function at Kenvue plays a pivotal role in creating brand equities building brands for both our Consumer and Corporate brands. As part of our broader company strategy focused on Global Capability Centers (GCC), we are in the process of establishing our Design India hub. This strategic initiative aims to unleash the power of diverse, multicultural talent pool to drive greater innovation and comprehensive view of the global markets while enhancing our operational efficiencies.

**What will you do**

The Graphic Designer, Design Realization GCC is responsible for working on a wide range of projects that require designing digital and physical product experiences which adhere to global brand equities from concept to design delivery to meet the business goals.

**Key Responsibilities***
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts that determine the ideal usage of color, text, fonts, imagery and layout
- Ensure designs employ best practices for both on-shelf and e-commerce execution
- Partner with internal core team to ensure designs meet business needs and are delivered on time
- Champion sustainability across all new brand experience touchpoints
- Create and maintain the company's brand identity across all platforms
- Collaborate and build positive partnerships with both internal teams and business partners to deliver best-in-class designs
- Edit and modify designs based on feedback from cross functional team members
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design software, and techniques
- Create and maintain the company's brand identity across all platforms
- Bring a design-thinking mindset to your daily work

**Hard skills**
- Strong typography and layout sensibility
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to use technology systems to collect relevant data inputs, route/approve designs and transfer designs to company’s content management system

**Soft skills**
- Self-starter; able to work independently with provided direction
- Team contributor and collaborator; proactively communicates to inform work progress, any roadblocks or challenges in delivery
- Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovative thinking

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- **4-7 years of experience** in brand building and visual identity
- **Design experience in interpreting brand guidelines for Consumer Health packaging**
- **Strong portfolio of work** not only showing finished product but able to demonstrate thinking applied toward end result and discuss contributions to the team
- Desired Qualifications
- Use of digital tools such as UserZoom & Mural preferred
- Experience working in Design Management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana a nice to have
