**Job Title: Packaging DesignerJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design packaging that reflects brand identity and enhances customer experience.
- Create mockups, dielines, and prototypes for packaging across various materials (paper, plastic, glass, metal, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand goals and functional requirements.
- Research market trends, sustainability options, and competitor packaging.
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness of packaging designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labeling standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain and organize digital assets and design files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, cosmetics, or retail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Cinema 4D, or Esko).
- Strong understanding of materials, production techniques, and printing processes.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sustainable packaging design.
- Familiarity with regulatory packaging requirements (FDA, EU regulations, etc.).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or within an agency environment.

Pay: ₹9,250.29 - ₹59,952.47 per month
