**About Protyze**:
**Protyze** is a product-based company revolutionizing the nutritional supplements and wellness space. We develop clean-label, functional health products designed for modern consumers. Packaging is a critical touchpoint in our customer journey—and we’re looking for an experienced Packaging Designer to lead the development of functional, innovative, and on-brand packaging solutions.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of packaging for Protyze's product range (protein powders, snacks, supplements, etc.).
- Develop dielines, structural packaging designs, and artwork for various formats (pouches, jars, boxes, cartons).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, marketing, R&D, and procurement—for end-to-end packaging execution.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements (FSSAI, barcodes, batch details, etc.) are properly incorporated.
- Liaise with external vendors and printing partners for prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Ensure packaging aligns with the brand's identity while prioritizing user experience, shelf impact, and sustainability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in materials, eco-friendly packaging, and printing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- **4+ years of hands-on experience** in packaging design (FMCG, health & nutrition, or consumer goods preferred).
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; exposure to 3D modeling/visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of structural packaging, printing techniques (flexo, offset, gravure), and materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience designing packaging for nutrition, food, or wellness products.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and packaging supply chain.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
