Position : Graphic Designer / Videographer
Experience : Minimum 2 Years
Location : Sri Sri Tattva, Jayanagar, Bangalore
Experience: Fresher or 2 - 3 years in Package Design / Video Editing/ Reels / Graphic Design / FMCG products

Qualification:Masters/Graduate or Diploma in Fine Arts/Graphics/Design/Visual Communication To Submit: Work portfolio and a small assignment as part of the interview process.
**Mandatory Skills**:
1. Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, After Effects, Coral Draw, Illustrator, In Design
2. Video editing, Reel making, Manage Social Media posts
3. Knowledge of Product Packaging guidelines
4. Must have worked with different kind of vendors for packaging of a product.
5. Experience of designing for a beauty or a skincare brand will be an added advantage.

**Technical Skills**:
1. Ability to communicate the ideas through illustrations and sketches.
2. Create Reels for social media as per marketing calendar
3. Ability to conceive and develop ideas for the brand to come up with packaging, print, marketing collaterals that will help the overall brand communication.
4. Highly Creative and eye for aesthetics
5. Have knowledge of Colour theory, great sense of colour combination and details with graphic compositions. Should have hands on illustrations and drawings.
6. Understands the meaning of graphic design & iconography for web and print, should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions.
7. Should have an attitude to indulge in an extensive process of design iterations to deliver product innovations and a quick turnaround time is appreciated.

**Soft Skills**:
1. Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plan.
2. Should possess strong communication and presentation skills
3. Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities and patience.
4. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize with attention to detail.
