**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging and Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves evaluating market trends, conceptualizing packaging designs, and creating compelling graphics for a variety of marketing materials. You will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our packaging and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and product goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Evaluation & Analysis**: Evaluate market trends and analyze similar packaging designs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- **Concept Development**: Brainstorm and develop packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software to create functional and aesthetically pleasing packaging solutions.
- **Packaging Mock-Ups**: Select the most promising design ideas and create detailed packaging mock-ups to visualize and test the concepts.
- **Material Selection**: Identify suitable packaging materials and conduct feasibility studies to ensure functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Design & Layout**: Develop the overall design and layout for packaging campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity and product specifications.
- **Style Guide Creation**: Create and execute a style guide for artwork to maintain a cohesive visual language across all packaging and marketing materials.
- **Ad Copy & Graphics**: Design ad copies, social media banners, posts, and creative ads to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **3D Concept Development**: Design and develop 3D concepts for new product lines, including creating and refining 3D models and visualizations.
- **Existing Design Improvement**: Review and improve existing 3D designs and product packaging to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to finalize packaging text and graphics, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the campaign goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design software.
- Experience with 3D design software, including CAD or AutoCAD.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and a strong understanding of design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic and packaging design.
- Experience with packaging design and 3D modeling is required.

Pay: ₹20,203.74 - ₹40,374.43 per month
