Strong understanding of visual merchandising, especially for e-commerce channels
- Have data skills and is comfortable in using Excel and SQL
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
- Solid communication skills and team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload

Key job responsibilities

**New customer**:
1. Own the new customer(NC) program charter and goals along with NC marketing program owner
2. Do atleast one incremental activations every month to drive NC
3. Do weekly Audits on page experience of NC on gateway and PL/GL landing pages
4. Maintain details of expenses incurred on NC activations
5. Share weekly updates in marketing WBR on NC trends
6. Provide monthly program updates on NC activations

**Social Media**:
1. Plan social media posts on AmazonHomeIndia FB and IG handles for week/month as per the planned marketing activations
2. Audit and bar raise social media posts
3. Create an SOP for partner teams for sharing social media post requests for AmazonHomeIndia Handle
4. Provide performance analysis on weekly posts

**Event Support**: Support the team on topical event stores merch and execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience in home and decor
- Experience in managing creative output for e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator and photoshop
- Knowledge and understanding of design operations
