Strong understanding of visual merchandising, especially for e-commerce channels
- Ability to translate trends into creative output in terms of curation and photoshoots
- Understanding of design tools and operations
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
- Solid communication skills and team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload

The ASM for the events team will have high ownership, bias for action, would be willing to learn and be curious and, invent and simplify on a daily basis. He/She will support the team in providing a differential customer expereince during events and the repsonibilities would include but not limited to:
Key job responsibilities

2. Own end to end Prime specific marketing assets / merchandising, driving discoverability & content for Prime specific coupons, promotions & experiments closely working with central marketing team to get allocation of assets
3. Execution of experiments on OHL PLA, Associates & New traffic channels to drive higher SoS for OHL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience in site merchandising and events
- Experience in managing creative output for e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge and understanding of design operations
