**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product selection and display.
- Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to create compelling promotional displays and layouts.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make data-driven decisions for product placement and replenishment.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to store staff on merchandising techniques and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal and promotional displays.
- Gather and analyze competitor data to stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to present to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising and presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
