Customer Support Executive

As a Software Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our GST Billing software. You will be responsible for handling software demos, implementation, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Your core responsibilities will include:
Conducting software demos for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our GST Billing software.
Assisting clients in the seamless implementation of our software into their existing systems and workflows.
Offering prompt and effective technical support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any software-related issues.
Collaborating with the sales and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our products.
Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our software solutions and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in handling software demos, implementation, or support, particularly with Tally, Busy, Inventory Biz, c square or any Local GST Billing Software.
Solid understanding of GST billing processes and related regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude towards customer needs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Technical proficiency, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively.
A passion for continuous learning and an eagerness to stay updated with the latest industry developments.
