**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and updates.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Prepare and manage data and reports as per guidance from seniors.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth workflow and execution.
- Act as a bridge between field teams and management for effective communication.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing sales documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure organized record-keeping for easy retrieval and reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in customer coordination or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Excel for data handling, reporting, and filing.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
