**Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
Location: Santacruz

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering questions.
- Provide personalized recommendations and product information based on customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively engage with customers to promote sales and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and highlight promotions or special offers to encourage purchases.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail store.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store, including organizing merchandise displays and restocking shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management to ensure availability of products for customers.
- **Point of Sale Operations**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cash register and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend product training sessions and stay up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding customer feedback, sales performance, and operational issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register or POS system.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
