**About Us**:
Fine Finish Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of epoxy resin systems and related products, catering to the composite and electrical insulation industries. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to support our B2B sales team, with a specific focus on managing and expanding our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**B2B Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and engaging potential B2B customers.
- Support in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update client databases to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer queries.
**GeM Platform Management**:
- Handle end-to-end operations on the GeM portal, including product listing, bid submissions, and order processing.
- Monitor and respond to tenders and opportunities on the GeM platform.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and guidelines required for GeM transactions.
- Analyze GeM sales data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
**Administrative and Analytical Tasks**:
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely completion of sales deliverables.
- Manage follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and hands-on experience in using the GeM platform.
- Familiarity with government tendering processes and procurement cycles is highly desirable.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of the GeM platform and its functionalities.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
