**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Experience Required**:2+ years in sales in the real estate/construction field

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition & Management**:

- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, developers, and investors.

**2. Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations for deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

**3. Site Visits**:

- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients to showcase property features.
- Address client queries and provide tailored solutions.

**4. Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate/construction market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in real estate project sales, leasing, or construction services.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
- Ability to network with architects, brokers, and real estate agents.
