**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responding to client support requests.
- Working in two role as Desktop as well as Service desk
- SLA Preparation & MIS report
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
- Generate IT reports
- Should be familiar with vendor escalations on IT services
- Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware,
- Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Manage user accounts and IT assets
- Provide support with help desk requests.
- Mentor and educate users on technical issues related desktop and Laptops
- Deliver end to end technical and user support issues across all platforms. (LAN/WAN/Windows
- Act as an escalation point for network and system related issues.
- Knowledge on ITIL Process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per year
