**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Matunga, Mumbai
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
**Experience**: 2 - 4 years
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: [Insert Time if applicable]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and escalate if needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 2-4 years of customer service or support experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English
- Polite, patient, and empathetic attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
