
Institutional Sales Executive

Looking for dynamic institutional sales Executive one who knows principals and has good rapo with them
Someone who can be presentable -well spoken to explain the product and then sell
Need to have sold at a minimum of 30 lakhs billing or average 10 lakhs of billing of a client
specifically experienced in K-12 segment
Identify and target educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and other learning centers.
Promote and sell textbooks and digital content solutions to these institutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as school principals, deans, procurement heads, and other decision-makers.
Provide ongoing support and product training to institutions to ensure effective use of the company's offerings.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing any concerns or queries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or educational publishing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of educational products, particularly textbooks and digital content.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
