**Position overview**: Currently our CS team is performing outbound sales calls. We have increasing volumes of work, having a dedicated person will help us increase the deposit amounts and to maximise the profit of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Relationship building and client engagement;
- Active listening skills;
- Strong selling skills;
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving;
- Conflict management and resolution;
- Product knowledge (preferably experience in the gambling industry);
- Affinity with Technology;
- Collaboration/ Team player;
- Friendly and positive;
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil (Tamil is a plus but strongly recommended).

**Responsibilities**:

- Making mainly outbound calls (90% of the working time);
- Making outbound sales chats;
- Responsible for helping customers to make deposits;
- Monitor customer’s behaviour, and interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met;
- Track performance through different reports and work to achieve the company’s targets;
- Contribute to the insights and ideas to the development process of the customer’s experience strategy and desired customer journey.
