We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **B2B Sales Agent** to generate business by reaching out to potential clients and securing orders for our company. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales. The agent will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships while achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential business clients to promote our products/services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Pitch products, explain features and benefits, and close deals effectively
- Take bulk orders from businesses and ensure smooth coordination for fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies
- Follow up with clients regarding order status, payments, and future business opportunities
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a similar role
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate deals
- Good understanding of the product/service market (training will be provided)
- Ability to travel for client meetings (if applicable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
