Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in hospitality

Skillset:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Customer service orientation.
- Organization and multitasking.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of reservation systems.

Profile Introduction

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Coordinate with various resort departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient front desk.
- Ensure guest records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to feedback and resolve any guest issues promptly.
- Contribute to creating a positive, friendly, and inviting resort atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
