The Guest Relations Executive is a key member of the hotel's guest services team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring guests' needs are met during their stay. This role plays a critical part in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibility:

**1. Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm and friendly first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any special requests during their stay.

**2. Concierge Services**:

- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.

**3. Room Assignments**:

- Allocate rooms and ensure that guests receive their requested room type, views, and special arrangements.

**4. Guest Requests**:

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.

**5. Problem Resolution**:

- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a diplomatic and effective manner, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

**6. Special Occasions**:

- Recognize and assist guests celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or honeymoons, and provide personalized services.
