**Profile Introduction:

The Reservations Executive is a key member of the hotel's reservations team, primarily responsible for managing room reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibility:

**1. Reservation Handling**:

- Check room availability, rates, and special requests.

**2. Guest Inquiries**:

- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.

**3. Booking Confirmation**:

- Confirm reservations with guests and provide detailed reservation information.

**4. Upselling**:

- Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and special packages, to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

**5. Availability Management**:

- Update and maintain the hotel's reservation system to ensure real-time room availability and accurate inventory.

**6. Client Interaction**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and addressing guest needs and concerns.
