**Greeting and Welcoming Guests**: Warmly welcome arriving guests, offer assistance with luggage, and escort them to the check-in desk or their rooms.

**Check-In and Check-Out**: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate registration, issuing room keys, and processing payments.

**Guest Assistance**: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information on hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options.

**Room Allocation**: Coordinate with the front desk to assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability, including special requests, such as room upgrades or specific views.

**Guest Recognition**: Develop and maintain a system for recognizing and rewarding repeat guests, VIPs, or special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries.

**Concierge Services**: Offer assistance with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, and other concierge services to enhance the guest experience.

**Problem Resolution**: Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during a guest's stay, including coordinating with other departments to address guest needs.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards. Relay any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

**Guest Feedback**: Solicit and collect feedback from guests regarding their stay, and use this information to continually improve services and address any areas of concern.

**Special Requests**: Ensure that any special requests, such as extra pillows, dietary preferences, or room amenities, are fulfilled promptly.

**Safety and Security**: Maintain a vigilant eye on security, ensuring the safety of guests and property by following hotel policies and procedures.

**Front Desk Support**: Provide support to the front desk staff during peak periods, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

**Language:

- **English, Hindi and Marathi
