**Profile Introduction**:
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing personalized service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, concerns, and special requests in a timely and effective manner. Follow up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide personalized service. Record and track guest preferences to enhance future stays.
- Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a guest services or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
