**Job Summary**

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive Intern to join our sales team. This internship provides an opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, market research, and sales strategies. As a Sales Executive Intern, you will work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day activities and contribute to meeting sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads through market research, databases, and social media channels.
- Help maintain and update the lead pipeline in CRM systems.
- **Sales Support & Client Engagement**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Provide support in organizing sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond to client queries and provide timely information regarding products and services.
- Help in tracking sales opportunities and assisting with closing deals under the guidance of senior sales executives.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support the development of sales strategies and target segments.
- Monitor sales performance and help prepare reports to track sales metrics and progress.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Assist in managing customer databases and ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
- Support in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
- Help with administrative tasks such as organizing client information, scheduling meetings, and handling documentation.
- **Training & Development**:

- Participate in internal training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Learn best practices for handling objections, closing deals, and negotiating with clients.
- Develop an understanding of the company’s products, services, and unique selling points.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, work hard, and be part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
