**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential sales skills while contributing to the growth of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- **Sales Presentation and Negotiation**:

- Present and explain products or services to clients based on their needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within deadlines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for review.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Any Degree Preffered.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- **Strong communication**, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
