**RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE**

Qualification:

- Min Graduate from recognized University

**Experience**:

- A background in sales is a must - Preferably 4+ years
- Knowledge of Pune Geography must
- Proven Track record in front line Sales

Industry
- BFSI ; Building Material

Skills Requirement:

- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to explain clearly and simply.
- Good sales and negotiation skills..
- Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation.
- Intuitive to customer’s needs
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several clients at one time
- Tech Savvy and knowledge on MS excel, Presentation.

Job Description:

- Plan and attend Daily Calls
- Track Customer Records and follow up calls
- Plan and Schedule Customer Meetings for Demo / Presentation
- Focus on Sales closure in line with Monthly Targets
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure end to end customer experience
- Reporting and Tracking funnel to drive closure
