**Who Can Apply**:

- Semi-qualified or fresher CA / CMA / CS / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (with strong finance inclination)

**Key Requirements**:

- Background in accounting, audit, finance, or legal support is preferred
- Basic understanding of the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 - roles, stakeholders, and overall process
- Comfortable reading financial statements (basic level - should know the difference between net profit and net worth)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and hustle in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle tight deadlines, complex assignments, and at times, chaotic situations
- Open to travel and comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders - from senior management to government officials and clerical staff

**Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship experience in finance, law, or audit domains
